Not the right paddle? No problem. We offer no-questions-asked exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Whether you're unhappy with your paddle or received a defective one, we'll swap it out — simple as that.

How to Exchange

1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate an exchange.
2. Ship your paddle back to us in its original or secure packaging.
3. We'll send out your replacement as soon as we receive it.

Lifetime Warranty Exchange

We personally back the quality of every paddle we sell. If you experience a defect or quality issue after the 30-day window, you're covered by our lifetime warranty exchange program.

Warranty Exchange Terms

• One exchange per paddle, per lifetime — this applies to every paddle regardless of model
• Covers manufacturing defects and quality issues
• Does not apply to normal wear and tear or accidental damage
