Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping & Delivery

Our paddles ship from our fulfillment center in Asia via air freight, so you get your gear as fast as possible. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 8–10 business days after processing

In total, you can expect to receive your order within 9–13 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been created, we'll send your tracking information directly to the email address on your order. You can use that tracking number to follow your package every step of the way.
