2. Ship the paddle back to us in its original or secure packaging.

Warranty Policy

We personally back the quality of every paddle we make. If you experience a defect or quality issue beyond the 30-day return window, we offer a lifetime warranty exchange — limited to one exchange per paddle, regardless of the paddle model.
